Today was my first day back to work and I was accompanied by Miss Ella. All the patients loved her (how could you not?!) and one even brought her a very nice present. She is all set up in the office with her cozy pack and play from her Grandma & Grandpa Buzyniski. It was a nice, slow paced day, warming up for Wednesday's crazy schedule. Hopefully we will be able to get her to take a bottle some day soon so Daddy can start coming to pick her up after work and take her home (Friday's attempt at the bottle did NOT go over well).
We had a crazy busy weekend that was lots of fun. Saturday was Chelsea C's grad party and Ella got to meet all Grandpa Fiegl's friends and some of Daddy's friends that she had not met yet. Sunday was the Hayes Family reunion and Ella got to meet LOTS of Daddy's relatives. By the time she sees everyone next year she will probably be walking!
Oh and I have to mention that Ella got more mail this weekend than Mommy or Daddy! First she got her very own social security card, then she got a wooden block from Auntie Andrea that has all of her birth info on it (I will post pics later..it is really neat). She also got a package from Brad, Jamie and Courtney with two outfits.
Unfortunately, we paid for all the fun we had this weekend with very little sleep last night. Apparently when you are 2 1/2 weeks old it is very upsetting when your schedule gets altered. It is safe to say we will all be in bed early tonight!
