Three Month Pics

Three months old

It is unbelievable to me that my little girl is now three months old! She is growing so quickly and she is the most adorable thing I have ever seen! Her little personality is emerging and she makes me laugh hysterically on a daily basis. She loves her toys that make noise, she adores playing pat-a-cake (which is always much more funny when Grandma does it for some reason), and she has a strange attraction to watching tv! Everyday she does something new and wonderful.

Totally addicted to Ebay

Let's just say that I am totally addicted to Ebay for baby stuff! First I decided that it would be a great place to look for a Halloween costume for Ella. It was and I ended up getting her a pink pig costume, which is SO adorable. Then I decided to look for a hat for her (for the chilly mornings and upcoming winter) and I found a really cute one on there for a quarter of the price it was at the store. So lets just say I am loving baby bargain shopping on Ebay. Now I want to get her a knit hat for fall. Since they are like $12-14 at Gap, I am going to try and get her one (also Gap) on Ebay...hopefully I will win it!

Also, Ella had another milestone yesterday. She was laying on her playmat and she always laughs when the hanging toys play music. I always use her hand to hit it so that she can see how to use it. Well yesterday she reached up and hit it so the music came on! Of course she thought that was hilarous and I was so proud of her! Now we just have to get her to do it for Daddy!

Long time, No post...

It has been awhile since I have had time to update...we have been so busy! Ella is getting bigger and brighter every day! When we had those few chilly days last week I realized that Ella does not have too many things for fall. So I went to Bon Ton and got her some things for fall and winter, thinking that if I bought size 6 months, it would be good all winter. Well I was wrong! The 6 month stuff fits almost perfectly! The only problem is getting the pants to stay up since she is a skinny-minny! It is insane how fast time is flying by.
We also got a boat a few weeks ago. Josh is totally in love with it! We took Ella and some of our friends out two weekends ago and had a great time. Ella loved it, so I am sure we will have plenty of fun times next summer!

1000 Islands, Labor Day Weekend

Summer is almost over...

We had a great long weekend in the 1000 islands-- great weather and lots of fun! Miss Ella, however, did not have too much fun. She was VERY cranky and had a fever Thursday after her shots, and we all slept over at my mom's so that Josh could refinish our hardwood floors. She was great in the car on Friday on the way to the islands, but Friday night and Saturday she was pretty miserable with a little bit of a fever. Thankfully she was feeling better for Sunday and Monday and she had much better days. Sufficed to say, we are NOT looking forward to her four month shots. We may delay and/or space some of them out since she did not have a good reaction to this set.

So today we are just getting unpacked and trying to clean up the endless dust from sanding the hardwood floors. It is hard to believe it is September already!
